And we're back with Sister Sundays! This week's post is dedicated to our Sisters of the Month, our Epsilon Rush Chairs Krisha and Kham. They've done a lot of AMAZING work for the House this past month, and we're so thankful for them both. (Click "Read More" to learn more about them!)
Name: Krisha
Major: Human Development specializing in Early Childhood Education
Hometown: Kalaheo, HI

What do you love to do in your spare time?
I love to play with my dog Griz and just hang out with him and take naps with him!

What was your favorite thing about rush?
My favorite thing is just being able to share what Chi Sigma Alpha is all about and who we are to rushees!

How would you describe sisterhood?
A sisterhood is family that is super close. The number one people I would go to when I am in need of help. Basically the best support system you could ask for.

Why did you join Chi Sigs?
I joined Chi Sigs because of the girls that I became sisters with. We all have different personalities but we all somehow accept each other and we all just click so well together. All the girls are just genuinely great!

Name: Kham
Major: Kinesiology
Hometown: Auburn, WA

What do you love to do in your spare time?I love going out to eat! I also like making plans to go out and explore what the Palouse had to offer, and do things like ice skating or karaoke with my friends and family.

What was your favorite thing about rush?
I absolutely adored seeing the immediate connection being made between the girls who came out and the sisters. My favorite day was brunch where we all came in our onesies and pjs and had a contest to see who could make the best blanket fort.

How would you describe sisterhood?
A sisterhood is family that is super close. The number one people I would go to when I am in need of help. Basically the best support system you could ask for.

Why did you join Chi Sigs?
I joined Chi Sigs not because of the letters, but the women who are wearing them. I feel so accepted and genuinely loved for who I am. I love being a part of a sisterhood who strive for academic excellence and service within the AAPI community and the WSU community as well. I would never regret choosing these outstanding women to grow alongside with.
